Following documents are must for application of Term Loan

  1. C.A. certified copy of last year’s Balance sheet, P & L a/c, Capital a/c & Trading a/c of last and current year ( Do attach Audit report where necessary)
  2. If it’s a partnership firm than a copy of Partnership Deed.
  3. Project Report.
  4. A copy of Income Tax Assessment Certificate / Last Filed Return, GST Last Quarterly Return.
  5. A copy of Shop Act License / Udyam Aadhar / GST Registration Certificate.
  6. Insurance Policy.
  7. Quotation of Item to be purchase.
  8. A copy of PAN Card, Aadhar Card & Passport Size Photos.
  9. Valuation Report from the Valuer approved by the Bank.
  10. Title Clearance Report from the approved lawyer of the Bank.
  11. Details of loan if taken from other Bank or Credit Society.
